Abstract

v STIMLOG Indonesia ABSTRAK Pada zaman sekarang ini khususnya teknologi, salah satunya adalah teknologi internet. Dalam hal ini, internet adalah segala sesuatu yang dilakukan dengan cara online. Salah satu jenis perdagangan jual beli online ini disebut dengan E�Commerce. Dengan perkembangan yang sangat pesat dalam hal dunia bisnis khususnya setelah E-Commerce hadir. Dalam mengakses E-Commerce pengguna harus mempunyai akses langganan internet, salah satunya Internet Service Provider (ISP). Internet Service Provider (ISP) merupakan penyedia jasa layanan untuk internet agar kita bisa menggunakan aktivitas online salah satunya mengakses E�Commerce. Penelitian ini membahasa tentang pengguna jasa Internet Service Provider (ISP). Terdapat banyak pengguna yang berpindah dari jasa Internet Service Provider (ISP) periode sebelumnya ke jasa Internet Service Provider (ISP) periode sekarang ataupun yang tetap setia dengan jasa Internet Service Provider (ISP) dan tidak berpindah ke jasa Internet Service Provider (ISP) yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya market share Internet Service Provider (ISP) agar dari masing-masing perusahaan mengetahui strategi pemasaran apa yang harus dilakukan pada periode ke depannya. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa market share atau pangsa pasar dari masing-masing untuk jasa Internet Service Provider (ISP) adalah PT. Cyberindo Aditama (CBN) sebesar 33.29%, Biznet Network sebesar 24.78%, GIG Indosat Ooredoo sebesar 24.73%, Telkom Indihome sebesar 7.42%, MyRepublic ID sebesar 4.35%, Lainnya sebesar 2.68%, XL Home sebesar 1.97%, MNC Play sebesar 0.49%, dan LinkNet sebesar 0.29%. Dengan didapatkan market share perusahaan mengetahui alasan para pengguna Internet Service Provider (ISP) yang dijadikan sebagai strategi, yaitu harganya sangat terjangkau, kecepatan internetnya sangat bagus, mengikuti trend sekarang, dan pelayanan customer service yang siap tanggap. In this case, the internet is everything that is done online. One type of online buying and selling is called E-Commerce. With a very rapid development in terms of the business world, especially after E-Commerce is present. In accessing E-Commerce users must have access to an internet subscription, one of which is an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a service provider for the internet so that we can use online activities, one of which is accessing E-Commerce. This study discusses users of Internet Service Provider (ISP) services. There are many users who switch from previous Internet Service Provider (ISP) services to current Internet Service Provider (ISP) services or who remain loyal to Internet Service Provider (ISP) services and do not switch to other Internet Service Provider (ISP) services. The purpose of this study is to determine the market share of Internet Service Providers (ISP) so that each company knows what marketing strategy to do in the future period. This study gives the results that the market share or market share of each for Internet Service Provider (ISP) services is PT. Cyberindo Aditama (CBN) by 33.29%, Biznet Network by 24.78%, GIG Indosat Ooredoo by 24.73%, Telkom Indihome by 7.42%, MyRepublic ID by 4.35%, Others by 2.68%, XL Home by 1.97%, MNC Play by 0.49%, and LinkNet by 0.29%. By gaining market share, the company knows the reasons for using Internet Service Providers (ISPs) as a strategy, namely very affordable prices, very good internet speed, following current trends, and responsive customer service.
