Abstract

iii STIMLOG Indonesia ABSTRAK Agricultur adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam penyumbang PDB Indonesia setiap tahunnya, pertumbuhan Agricultur pun dibagi menjadi beberapa pengelola. seperti langsung dijual oleh petani nya, ataupun ada pihak ke 2 yang menampung dan mengelola pada suatu wilayah tersebut. Di Desa Cikidang, Bandung Barat terdapat Kelompok tani Lembang Agri yang bernama (Gapoktan Lembang Agri). Dimana Pelaku rantai pasok dari Gapoktan itu sendiri meliputi Petani, Gapoktan, Retailer dan Pedagan di Pasar Caringin. Salah satu permasalahan yang timbul dari rantai pasok yang cukup Panjang tersebut adalah Responsible Supply Chain (RSC). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hambatan dan tantangan apa saja yang menjadi kendala tidak terciptanya Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) yang baik dan benar pada setiap aktornya. Sedangkan untuk metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM). Hasil dan keluaran dari metode ini adalah mengetahui hambatan major apa yang terjadi pada setiap aktornya. Dimana setelah dikelola menggunakan Aplikasi EXIMPRO – ISM ditemukan hambatan dan tantangan pada setiap aktor jelas berbeda satu sama lain, tetapi masih mempunyai korelasi dan hubungan satu sama lain. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa kurang terciptanya Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) dikarenakan belum adanya Income Equality yang dirasakan oleh Petani terhadap aktor rantai pasok. serta minim nya bantuan dan dukungan dari pemerintah ataupun Lembaga yang menaungi pada sektor pertanian. Kurang nya penguasaan teknologi dan inovasi yang mau diterima oleh Petani Dewasa menjadi salah satu hambatan nya juga. One of the problems arising from the long supply chain is responsible supply chain (RSC). As for the method used in this study is Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) Analysis. The result and output of this method is knowing what major obstacles occur to each actor. Where once managed using the EXIMPRO – ISM Application found obstacles and challenges in each actor clearly different from each other, but still had correlations and relationships with each other. In addition, it is also known that the lack of responsible supply chain (RSC) due to the lack of Income Equality felt by farmers towards supply chain actors. and lack of assistance and support from the government or institutions that oversee the agricultural sector. The lack of technological mastery and innovation that Adult Farmers want to accept is one of the obstacles as well.
