Abstract

Supply Chain management is a form of organizational system that aims to distribute products and services to consumers. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk itself is a product distributor, which in this chain cycle has the same goal, namely to procure goods such as coal, bio diesel and material trass for material handling. The task of the Supply Division is not only to procure goods but also to consider effectiveness and efficiency. With this cooperation, it will add value to the products that have been produced. The supply chain can also be considered as a logistics network that is able to connect interrelated links such as manufacturing with vendors, distributors, customers and retailers. Material handling is the provision of material in the right amount, at the right condition, at the right time and place, in the right position, in the right order, at the right cost and using the right method. Oil Pump is an important part of Material Handling, because the supply chain is directly involved in the management system. As in the process of unloading bio-diesel and also carrying out the distribution process in the mining division and also at the plant at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk.
