Abstract

ABSTRAK UKM Kopi Beloe adalah salah satu produsen kopi yang berada di desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Ulubelu, Kabupaten Tanggamus Lampung, yang berdiri sejak tahun 2013. Setelah melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik UKM Kopi Beloe, terdapat beberapa masalah seperti waktu jam kerja operasional yang melebihi waktu kerja khususnya dibagian produksi (pengolahan), dan masih banyaknya karyawan yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan 10 (sepuluh) pedoman dari FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) diantaranya adalah, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan Hak Buruh belum sepenuhnya diterapkan, dan perlu ditingkatkan. Dalam penerapan konsep Responsible Agriculture Supply Chain dengan pedoman FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), diperlukan suatu evaluasi kinerja untuk memonitor kinerja yang ada pada UKM Kopi Beloe serta untuk membantu dalam menentukan solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada pada UKM tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja Responsible Agriculture Supply Chain di UKM Kopi Beloe menggunakan variabel Hak buruh, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dengan indikator jam kerja,Frekuensi kecelakaan, Penerapan risk control, dan Jaminan Kesehatan. Kemudian dapat ditentukan solusi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja RASC. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan menggunakan perhitungan yang ada pada indikator Responsible Agriculture Supply Chain, dari 4 indikator yang digunakan diperoleh 3 indikator yang masuk dalam kategori buruk atau kurang baik, dan 1 indikator yang tercapai atau sudah baik. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang masuk dalam kategori kurang baik seperti jam kerja yang meleibi waktu kerja, dan frekuensi kecelakaan perlu dilakukan pembinaan terhadap karyawan untuk dapat memperhatikan keselamatan dalam melakukan kegiatan yang ada. Serta UKM Kopi Beloe perlu untuk memperbaiki standar waktu jam kerja setiap harinya agar waktu diperlukan sesuai dengan jam kerja. In implementing the Responsible Agriculture Supply Chain concept with FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) guidelines, a performance evaluation is needed to monitor the existing performance of the Beloe Coffee UKM and to help determine the right solution according to the problems that exist in the UKM. Therefore, this research was conducted to measure the performance of the Responsible Agriculture Supply Chain at UKM Kopi Beloe using variables of labor rights, occupational health and safety with indicators of working hours, frequency of accidents, application of risk control, and health insurance. Then it can be determined repair solutions to improve the performance of the RASC. Based on the results of the performance measurement carried out using the existing calculations on the Responsible Agriculture Supply Chain indicator, from the 4 indicators used, 3 indicators are in the bad or bad category, and 1 indicator that is achieved or is already good. To improve performance that falls into the unfavorable category, such as working hours that exceed working time, and the frequency of accidents, it is necessary to provide guidance for employees to be able to pay attention to safety in carrying out existing activities. As well as the Beloe Coffee UKM, it is necessary to improve the standard working hours every day so that the time needed is in accordance with working hours.
