Abstract

vi ABSTRAK Rantai pasok merupakan satu kesatuan dengan dunia industri, terlebih rantai pasok pada industri penerbit dan percetakan. Memastikan produk yang dihasilkan berkualitas baik tentu tidak lepas dari peran supplier. Proses produksi perusahaan yang bergantung pada kertas merupakan hal vital yang perlu dijaga, karena kertas memiliki pernan sebesar 70% dalam proses produksi. Terjadinya suatu keterlambatan pasokan pada kertas ke pabrik yang diakibatkan adanya keterlambatan pengiriman yang memakan waktu empat – tujuh hari, dan diversifikasi produksi pada supplier menjadi suatu hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan perusahaan karena hal tersebut dapat memperlambat proses produksi. Selain itu, dalam proses pembelian sendiri perusahaan hanya mengukur berdasarkan harga, kualitas, dan transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja supplier paper roll, dan juga membuat rancangan terkait dengan keberlangsungan bisnis perusahaan dengan supplier Pada penelitian kali ini, metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja pada supplier di PT. Thursina Mediana Utama ialah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pada penelitian kali ini kriteria yang digunakan sebanyak sebelas untuk mengukur kinerja supplier. Kriteria tersebut ditentukan dengan pembobotan untuk menjadi prioritas utama, setelah itu dilakukan uji normalisasi indikator dengan menggunakan uji Snorm De Boer pada tiap kriteria, dan mengalikan bobot kriteria dengan nilai normalisasi guna mendapatkan pengukuran kinerja akhir. Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan rumus Snorm De Boer terdapat tiga indikator yang menunjukkan nilai rendah yaitu kapasitas stock paper, kesanggupan memenuhi demand, dan waktu pengiriman pesanan, dan untuk pengukuran kinerja keseluruhan dari indikator dalam penentu pemilihan supplier paper roll di PT. Thursina Mediana Utama menunjukkan bahwa Supplier A nilai 71.32, Supplier B nilai 63.55, dan Supplier C nilai 60.00. Kata Kunci: Analisis Penilaian Kinerja Supplier , Supply Chain Operations Refference, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Paper Roll. vii ABSTRACK The supply chain is an integral part of the industrial world, especially the supply chain in the publishing and printing industries. Ensuring that the products produced are of good quality cannot be separated from the role of the supplier. The production process of companies that depend on paper is a vital thing that needs to be maintained, because paper has a role of 70% in the production process. The occurrence of a delay in the supply of paper to the factory due to delays in delivery, and diversification of production at suppliers is something the company needs to consider because it can slow down the production process. In addition, in the purchasing process itself, the company only measures based on price, quality and transportation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the performance of the supplier of paper roll, and also to make a design related to the sustainability of the company's business with suppliers. In this research, the method used to measure the performance of suppliers at PT. Thursina Mediana Utama is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In this study, eleven criteria were used to measure supplier performance. These criteria are determined by weighting to be the top priority, after which the indicator normalization test is carried out using the Snorm De Boer test for each criterion, and multiplying the criteria weight by the normalized value in order to obtain the final performance measurement. Based on data processing using the Snorm De Boer formula, there are three indicators that show a low value, namely paper stock capacity, ability to meet demand, and order delivery time, and for measuring the overall performance of indicators in determining the selection of paper roll suppliers at PT. Thursina Mediana Utama shows that Supplier A has a value of 71.32, Supplier B has a value of 63.55, and Supplier C has a value of 60.00.
