Abstract

ABSTRAK Asifa Pritania Razak, Analisis Rute Pendistribusian Kecap Dengan Pendekatan Insertion Seqential Algorithm Pada Green Vehicle Routing Problem (Studi Kasus : PT. Kertasari Food), Bandung, Manajemen Logistik, 2020. PT. Kata Kunci: Distribusi, Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), Green Vehicle Routing Problem (GVRP), Insertion Sequential Algorithm STIMLOG Indonesia viii ABSTRACT Asifa Pritania Razak, The Analysis of Soy Sauce Distribution Routes Using the Insertion Seqential Algorithm Approach in Green Vehicle Routing Problem (Case Study: PT. Kertasari Food), Bandung, Logistics Management, 2020. PT. Kertasari Food is a production company and distributor of packaged soy sauce products, one of which is soy sauce in 600 ml bottles. The company still has product distribution constraints, namely there is still no distribution route planning, no inventory scheduling, so in addition, the lack of supervision from the company causes frequent recurring trips by the driver so that distribution costs can increase due to increased fuel consumption. . The purpose of this study is to optimize distribution costs by determining routes that affect fuel consumption. In this study, controlling soy sauce supplies uses Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) to plan the number of product shipments and planning distribution routes with the Insertion Sequential Algorithm approach to solve the Green Vehicle Routing Problem (GVRP). Based on this research, it can be seen that the total distance traveled on the initial distribution route is 300.3 KM, while the total distance traveled on the distribution route using the Insertion Sequential Algorithm is 106.25 KM so that there is a total savings in the mileage of the initial route with an alternative route of 54, 61%. In addition, in the total distribution costs there is a difference in savings of Rp. 399,838, - so that it affects the use of energy (fuel) there is also a savings of 48.5125 liters. Keywords: Distribution, Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), Green Vehicle Routing Problem (GVRP), Insertion Sequential Algorithm
