Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis saat ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan kinerja adalah Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard mengkombinasikan kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan dengan 4 perspektif, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspekif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan data keuangan tahun 2018 dan 2019, kuesioner pada pelanggan, karyawan, dan manajer PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Surabaya. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan, karyawan dan manajer PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Surabaya, dengan sampel 20 responden untuk pelanggan, 25 responden untuk karyawan, dan 5 responden untuk manajer. Indikator yang digunakan pada Perspektif Keuangan adalah Net Profit Margin, Return On Invesment,dan Return On Equity. Pada Perspektif Pelanggan yaitu pangsa pasar, customer retention, akuisisi pelanggan, profitabilitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya pada Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal ada proses operasi, proses inovasi, dan purna jual. Terakhir pada Perspektif Pertumbuhan dan Pembelajaran terdapat kepuasan karyawan dan kepuasan manajer. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kinerja PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Surabaya secara keseluruhan dikatan cukup baik, hanya pada perspektif keuangan mengalami penurunan. Dari data dan pengolahan data disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard dapat memberikan evaluasi kinerja PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Surabaya agar lebih meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan lebih baik pada periode selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: Balanced Scorecard, Pengukuran Kinerja, PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Surabaya. 15 ABSTRACT In the face of a tight business competition, companies are required to improve their performance. One method to improve performance is the Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard combines financial and non-financial performance with 4 perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective. This research was conducted using financial data for 2018 and 2019, questionnaires for customers, employees and managers of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Surabaya Branch. The population of this research are customers, employees and managers of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Surabaya Branch, with a sample of 20 respondents for customers, 25 respondents for employees, and 5 respondents for managers. Indicators used in the Financial Perspective are Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, and Return On Equity. In the Customer Perspective, namely market share, customer retention, customer acquisition, customer profitability, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, in the Internal Business Process Perspective there are operational processes, innovation processes, and after sales. Finally, in the Growth and Learning Perspective, there are employee satisfaction and manager satisfaction. From the results of research using the Balanced Scorecard method, it is concluded that the performance of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Surabaya Branch as a whole is said to be quite good, only from a financial perspective it has decreased. From the data and data processing it is concluded that using the Balanced Scorecard method can provide an evaluation of the performance of PT.
