Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kinerja Sustainable Supply Chain yang terdiri dari lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi kriteria yang masih membutuhkan improvement pada Usaha Sabun Cuci Tangan Vasty Clean UMKM CV Harumi Nusantara. Saat ini perusahaan masih membuang limbah produksi ke saluran air umum tanpa pengolahan (lingkungan), belum memperhatikan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karena terdapat risiko akibat penggunaan berbagai bahan kimia (sosial), serta belum dapat memanfaatkan besarnya peluang pasar untuk mendapatkan keuntungan (ekonomi). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kinerja keberlanjutan dengan pendekatan Product Service System. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 12 dari total 18 kriteria keberlanjutan yang prioritas perbaikannya tinggi atau High (H) dan sedang atau Medium (M), yaitu 4 kriteria dari dimensi lingkungan, 3 kriteria dari dimensi sosial, dan 5 kriteria dari dimensi ekonomi. Dari 22 rekomendasi yang diberikan, terpilih 9 rekomendasi yang memiliki nilai keberlanjutan dan kelayakan terbaik dalam implementasinya, yaitu subtitusi penggunaan sarung tangan plastik menjadi chemical resistant gloves berbahan nitril, penggunaan ulang kemasan jerigen, penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri, pemasangan/penempelan simbol serta peringatan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, membuat standar formulasi produk untuk menjaga konsistensi kualitas produk, retensi konsumen dan reseller, menambah varian sabun cuci tangan, menambah fitur pengiriman via Gosend/Grabexpress, dan bermitra dengan Grabmart. Selain itu, disarankan untuk melakukan koordinasi dengan jaringan perantara perusahaan maupun pemasok mengenai informasi jadwal kebutuhan, dan melakukan kooperasi dengan partner kerja sama menggunakan kontrak tertulis. Currently, the company still discharges production waste into public waterways without treatment (environment), has not paid attention to occupational health and safety because there are risks due to the use of various chemicals (social), and has not been able to take advantage of the large market opportunities for profit (economy). The method used in this research is the analysis of the sustainability performance with the Product Service System approach. The results showed that there were 12 out of a total of 18 sustainability criteria whose priority for improvement was High (H) and Medium (M), namely 4 criteria from the environmental dimension, 3 criteria from the social dimension, and 5 criteria from the economic dimension. Of the 22 recommendations given, 9 were selected that have the best value of sustainability and feasibility in their implementation, namely substituting the use of plastic gloves to chemical resistant gloves made from nitrile, reusing jerry can packaging, using Personal Protective Equipment, attaching/affixing symbols and warnings of Occupational Health and Safety, create standard product formulations to maintain product quality consistency, consumer and reseller retention, add hand washing soap variants, add delivery features via Gosend/Grabexpress, and partner up with Grabmart. In addition, it is advisable to coordinate with intermediary networks of companies and suppliers regarding information on schedule needs, and to cooperate with partners using written contracts.
