Abstract

Jika skenario 2 diaktifkan, maka profit petani meningkat 8,2%, sedangkan profit eksportir menurun 7,5%. Jika skenario 3 diaktifkan, maka profit petani meningkat 8,2%, sedangkan profit retailer menurun 60,4%. Kata kunci : Sistem dinamis, revenue sharing contract, rantai pasok buncis vii ABSTRACT This graduating paper discusses the profit received by each actor partaking within the green bean supply chain in Desa Cikidang, Lembang, Bandung Barat. These actors include the farmer, the farmers communities (Gapoktan Lembang Agri), the retailer, the exporter and the main markets. Based on the present chain, the farmer’s value added, in fact, has always been far lower than those of other actors. A fair revenue sharing is arguably needed by proposing a revenue sharing contract. The farmer is the main producers of green beans in this village thus facing much more risks of crop reduction or even complete failure. A simulation model systems show that, within a 3 month period, the farmer have only gained IDR 14,590,000, the communities IDR 4,120,000, the retailer IDR 1,986,000, while the exporter and the main markets have gained respectively, IDR 15,990,000 and IDR 15,610,000. However, if the revenue sharing contract is positioned within this chain, the profits gained by each actor will also be altered. If scenario number 1 is activated, the farmer’ profit will increase up to 68%. Furthermore, if scenario number 2 is activated, the farmer’ profit will also increase 8.2%, but the exporter’ profit should decrease 7.5%. If scenario number 3 is activated, the farmer’ profit will increase 8.2%, while the retailer’ profit should be decreased as much as 60.4%. If the scenario number 4 is activated, the farmer’ profit will increase far up to 84.5% upon those of other actors towards the number of IDR 26,920,000. On the other hand, the exporter’ profit will decrease down to 7.5%, while the retailer’ to 60.4%. Key words : System dynamics, revenue sharing contract, supply chain buncis
