Abstract

vi STIMLOG Indonesia ABSTRAK Omala Muflihah Adhela, Analisis Sistem Informasi Pembelian, Persediaan, dan Penjualan Barang dengan Penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Pada CV. Taman Aksara Jaya, Manajemen Logistik, 2019 Pada CV. Taman Aksara Jaya, proses bisnis pembelian, persediaan, dan penjualan barang masih dilakukan secara tradisional dan manual. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan antara lain, sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan pembelian dan penjualan barang, perhitungan transaksi yang lama, serta lambatnya informasi ketersediaan barang di gudang. Oleh karena itu, perlu penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk sistem pembelian, persediaan, dan penjualan barang yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tahapan penerapan ERP ini dimulai dengan studi pendahuluan. Aktivitasnya, pengenalan perusahaan secara utuh dengan wawancara dan observasi, mengidentifikasi proses bisnis pembelian, persediaan, dan penjualan barang yang sedang berjalan kemudian membuatkan usulan sistem secara terkomputerisasinya, yang digambarkan dengan menggunakan Visio, serta penggambaran model kerja sistem yang akan diterapkan menggunakan use case diagram. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah melakukan studi pustaka dari berbagai buku dan jurnal untuk mencari landasan teori dan penelitian terkait. Kemudian melakukan pemilihan perangkat lunak ERP, setelah itu dilakukan konfigurasi modul perangkat lunak ERP tersebut serta terakhir melakukan penerapan dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ERP yang telah dipilih dan diterapkan yaitu aplikasi Odoo yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan pada CV. Taman Aksara Jaya. Taman Aksara Jaya, Logistics Management, 2019 On the CV. Taman Aksara Jaya, the business process of buying, stocking and selling goods is still done traditionally and manually. This causes several problems, among others, frequent errors in recording the purchase and sale of goods, calculation of the old transaction, and the slow availability of information on goods in the warehouse. Therefore, it is necessary to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the system of purchasing, inventory, and selling goods that aim to overcome these problems. The stages of ERP implementation begin with a preliminary study. Its activities, introducing the company as a whole with interviews and observations, identifying the business processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales of goods that are running then make the proposed computerized system, which is described by using Visio, as well as the depiction of the system work model that will be applied using a use case diagram. The next stage is to study literature from various books and journals to find the basis for theory and related research. Then make the selection of ERP software, after that the ERP software module configuration is done and finally the application and testing. The results of this study indicate that the ERP software that has been selected and implemented is the Odoo application that can overcome problems in the CV. Taman Aksara Jaya.
