Abstract

ABSTRAK CV. Padjeng merupakan salah satu distributor Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK), berlokasi di Gadobangkong, Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, CV. Padjeng mendistribusikan produk ke seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Cimahi dan sebagian wilayah Kota Bandung. Dalam melangsungkan kegiatan distribusi produk perusahaan didukung oleh 15 unit truk dengan beberapa type setiap unit nya. Dari 15 unit armada yang dimiliki, armada yang tinggi kerusakannya selama periode 2 tahun ini adalah 1 unit truk type L300 D 8681 XN. CV. Padjeng masih melakukan kegiatan perawatan secara Corrective Maintenance. Cara ini dinilai kurang efektif karena menyebabkan tingginya downtime dan ada penambahan biaya lainnya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan komponen kritis, parameter setiap komponen kritis serta menentukan interval waktu perawatan dan pemeriksaan komponen kritis yang digunakan CV. Padjeng, agar tercapai minimalisasi nilai downtime dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Age Replacement. Alasan memilih metode Age Replacement didasari dari permasalahan yang terjadi di perusahaan, bahwa perusahaan yang tidak membuat jadwal perawatan dan perusahaan melakukan perawatan armada bersifat Corrective Maintenance. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, Penentuan komponen kritis ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah frekuensi kerusakan tertinggi, yaitu komponen ban dengan 8 kerusakan dan komponen kopling 7 kerusakan. MTTF komponen ban 2268,682 jam, MTTR nya 1,085 jam. MTTF komponen kampas kopling 2112,603 jam, MTTR nya 2,881 jam. Interval penggantian pencegahan komponen ban dilakukan pada saat komponen mencapai umur 1500 jam/63 hari dan interval pemeriksaannya dilakukan setiap 499, 1681 jam/21 hari. Interval penggantian pencegahan komponen ban dilakukan pada saat komponen mencapai umur 1300 jam/54 hari, dan interval pemeriksaan dilakukan setiap 357,1429 jam/16 hari.
