Abstract

ABSTRAK Rest Area jalan tol KM 57 Jakarta – Cikampek adalah salah satu rest area terpadat dengan tingkat pergerakan yang cukup tinggi, fasilitas parkir pada area tersebut merupakan fasilitas parkir diluar badan jalan yang tidak terlepas dari adanya permasalahan parkir. permasalahan parkir pada rest area tersebut terdapat pada kendaraan angkutan barang yang parkir diluar rest area atau dibadan jalan dan dalam satu ruang parkir ditempati oleh dua kendaraan berbeda. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan kapasitas pada area parkir tersebut, apakah masih dapat tertampung dengan permintaan yang ada. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah kendaraan angkutan barang dan hasil dari analisis yang ada diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa karakteristik parkir pada kendaraan angkutan barang memiliki nilai Akumulasi parkir tertinggi terjadi pada hari Selasa, 17 Maret 2020 mencapai 132 kendaraan pada Jam 16:01-17:00, dengan Volume tertinggi terjadi pada hari Sabtu, 14 Maret 2020 mencapai 1245 kendaraan/12 Jam ,Durasi parkir rata – rata tertinggi terjadi pada hari Sabtu 14 Maret 2020 mencapai 40 menit dengan tingkat pergantian parkir mencapai 19-20 kendaraan/SRP/12 Jam dan Indeks rata – rata tertinggi terjadi pada hari Sabtu, 14 Maret 2020 mencapai 1.72% serta Kapasitas dinamis tertinggi mencapai 1194 kendaraan/12 jam pada hari Jumat, 13 Maret 2020 dan Selasa, 17 Maret 2020. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan kapasitas Rest Area Km 57 tidak dapat menampung permintaan parkir yang ada. Kata Kunci : Parkir Off – Street, Kendaraan Angkutan Barang, Karakteristik Parkir viii ABSTRACT Rest Area of toll road KM 57 Jakarta – Cikampek is one of the densest rest areas with a high level of movement, parking facilities in the area are parking facilities outside the road body that can not be separated from parking problems. Parking problems in the rest area are found in freight vehicles that park outside the rest area or on the road and in one parking space occupied by two different vehicles. This study aims to find out the characteristics of parking and capacity in the parking area, whether it can still be accommodated with existing demand. The object of this study is freight vehicles and the results of existing analysis obtained the conclusion that the characteristics of parking on freight vehicles have the highest parking accumulation value occurred on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 reaching 132 vehicles at 16:01-17:00, with the highest volume occurred on Saturday, March 14, 2020 reached 1245 vehicles / 12 Hours , The highest average parking duration occurred on Saturday March 14, 2020 reaching 40 minutes with parking turnover rates reaching 19-20 vehicles / SRP / 12 Hours and the highest average index occurred on Saturday, March 14, 2020 reached 1.72% and the highest dynamic capacity reached 1194 vehicles / 12 hours on Friday, March 13, 2020 and Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
