Abstract

ABSTRAK Prabowo. Reynadi, Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Berth Time Bongkar Muat Curah Kering di PT.Pelindo II Cirebon, Bandung, Manajemen Transportasi, 2019. Aktivitas bongkar-muat yang dilakukan di PT.Pelindo II Cirebon rata-rata adalah berjenis muatan curah kering. Berdasarkan tabel penilaian kinerja baik pelayanan kapal maupun barang, didapat pelayanan barang pada produktivitas bongkar-muat dan pelayanan kapal pada waiting time serta approach time sudah mendapat kategori yang baik. Akan tetapi pada Berth Time mendapat kategori penilaian kerja cukup, karena masih belum mencapai standart yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk bertujuan untuk mendapatkan suatu model kuantitatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap berth time yang kemudian diproyeksikan selama lima tahun kedepan. Metode yang digunakan untuk melnyelesaikan permasalahan adalah metode analisis trend, analisis faktor, dan analisis regresi linier berganda stepwise. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui pegawai pada divisi Usaha Terminal PT.Pelindo II cabang Cirebon, yaitu data jumlah berth time, TKBM (Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat), Excavator, dumptruck, dan wheel loader per-bulan dari tahun 2013 sampai 2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat dua faktor yang terbentuk. Pada Faktor 1 didapat jumlah wheel loader yang berpengaruh terhadap berth time. Sementara pada Faktor 2 yang berpengaruh adalah jumlah dumptruck. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan prediksi dengan PT.Pelindo II Cirebon pada faktor 1 memiliki selisih sekitar 4 - 5%, sementara pada faktor 2 memiliki selisih lebih besar yaitu sekitar 9 - 11%. Stevedoring activities performed at PT. Pelindo II Cirebon Average is a type of dry bulk payload. Based on the table of performance assessment of both the ship and goods service, obtained the service of goods on the load-loading productivity and service of the ship at waiting time and approach time has got a good category. However, at Berth Time got the category of work assessment enough , because it still has not reached the standard that has been set. This research is used to aim to obtain a quantitative model that can be used to determine the factors that influence the berth time which is then projected over the next five years. The methods used to describe the issue are trend analysis methods, factor analysis, and double about linear regression analyses. In this research, the data used is the primary data obtained through employees in the business division of Terminal PT. Pelindo II Cirebon Branch, namely the number of data berth time, TKBM (stevedoring Labor), Excavator, Dumptruck, and wheel loader per-month from year 2013 to 2018. Based on the research results there are two factors formed. At factor 1 gained the number of wheel loaders that affect berth time. While the influential factor 2 is the number of Dumptruck. Based on the results of comparison predictions with PT. Pelindo II Cirebon on Factor 1 has a difference of about 4-5%, while on factor 2 has a greater difference of about 9-11%.
