Abstract

ABSTRAK Lamria Pangaribuan, Analisis Rute Distribusi dan Biaya Transportasi Dengan Menggunakan Metode Clarke And Wright Saving Heuristic Di Kimia Farma Trading And Distribution Unit Bandung, 2019. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution unit Bandung adalah permasalahan pendistribusian barang dimana rute distribusi yang tidak terjadwal sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan pengiriman barang ke pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menentukan rute distribusi, menghitung biaya transportasi dan menghitung biaya gabungan berdasarkan jarak dan waktu, serta membandingkan kedua matriks tersebut. Pemecahan masalah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Clarke and Wright Saving Heuristic untuk menentukan rute terbaik dan biaya yang optimal. Data yang digunakan untuk penentuan rute ini adalah jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh dari gudang ke lokasi, yang diperoleh dari googlemaps dan diolah menjadi matriks jarak dan matriks waktu dan saving matrix. Biaya Operasional Kendaraan Sewa digunakan untuk menghitung biaya transportasi serta menghitung Time Value suatu produk untuk mengetahui hasil biaya gabungan dari biaya transportasi dan time value. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut untuk rute distribusi, biaya transportasi, dan biaya gabungan berdasarkan jarak dengan total biaya distribusi untuk kedua rute tersebut sebesar Rp 1.139.022/rit-hari. Dan biaya gabungan berdasarkan jarak sebesar Rp 245.820.462/kendaraan. Sedangkan total biaya distribusi berdasarkan waktu untuk kedua rute tersebut sebesar Rp 1.201.302 per hari. Dan biaya gabungan berdasarkan waktu sebesar Rp 200.953.652 per kendaraan. Dari kedua matriks tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa matriks berdasarkan waktu memperoleh rute, biaya transportasi dan generalized cost yang lebih baik dari matriks jarak. The problem being faced by Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Unit in Bandung is the problem of distributing goods where the distribution route is not scheduled, causing delays in shipping goods to customers. The purpose of the study is to determine the distribution route, calculate transportation costs and calculate combined costs based on distance and time, and compare the two matrices. Problem-solving in this study uses the Clarke and Wright Saving Heuristic method to determine the best route and optimal costs. The data used for determining this route are the distance and travel time from the warehouse to the location, which is obtained from Google Maps and is processed into a distance matrix and time matrix and saving matrix. Rental Vehicle Operating Costs are used to calculate transportation costs and calculate the Time Value of a product to find out the combined costs of transportation costs and time value. From the results of data processing for distribution routes, transportation costs, and combined costs based on distance with a total distribution cost for the two routes is Rp 1,139,022 / rit-day. And a combined fee based on a distance of Rp. 245,820,462 / vehicle. While the total cost of distribution based on time for the two routes is Rp 1,201,302 per day. And the combined cost based on time is IDR 200,953,652 per vehicle. From the two matrices, it can be seen that the matrix based on the time obtained route, transportation costs and generalized costs are better than the distance matrix.
