Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman, kebutuhan dan gaya hidup masyarakat juga terus mengalami perkembangan. Salah satunya pada sektor yang memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan dengan perkembangan zaman yaitu pada bidang jasa pengiriman barang, perkembangan perusahaan pengiriman barang terus meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya industri e-commerce. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang terutama yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya jumlah pengiriman barang incoming dan outgoing. Incoming merupakan penerimaan fisik barang beserta dokumen dari tempat asal, sedangkan outgoing adalah barang beserta dokumen yang dikeluarkan untuk dikirimkan ke lokasi tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemodelan incoming dan outgoing kantor regional PT. Pos Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder yang bersumber dari data PT. Pos Indonesia dan Badan Pusat Statistik dengan pengolahan data menggunakan metode stepwise. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi linier untuk data incoming, yaitu Y = 1021101,298 + 252,713 KP + 0,517 PD + 1,247 MK dengan KP adalah Jumlah Kantor Pos, PD adalah PDRB menurut Harga Konstan, dan MK adalah Jumlah Perusahaan Industri Mikro dan Kecil. Sedangkan untuk data outgoing model persamaannya adalah Y = - 103285,648 + 0,226 AK dengan AK adalah Jumlah Angkatan Kerja. One of them is in the sector that has a significant impact with the times, namely in the field of freight forwarding services, the development of freight forwarding companies continues to increase along with the increase in the e-commerce industry. Many factors can affect the development of a freight forwarder, especially those affecting the number of incoming and outgoing shipments of goods. Incoming is the physical receipt of goods and documents from the place of origin, while outgoing is the goods and documents issued to be sent to the destination location. The purpose of this study was to determine the modeling of incoming and outgoing regional offices of PT. Indonesian post. The data collection technique is by collecting secondary data sourced from data from PT. Pos Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency with data processing using the stepwise method. The analytical technique used is the classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, and descriptive analysis. The results show that the linear regression model for incoming data is Y = 1021101,298 + 252,713 KP + 0,517 PD + 1,247 MK where KP is the number of post offices, PD is PDRB according to constant prices, and MK is the number of micro and small industrial companies. Meanwhile, for outgoing data the equation model is Y = - 103285.648 + 0.226 AK where AK is the Number of Workforce. Keyword: Modeling, Equation Model, Linear Regression, and Significant Factors
