Abstract

ABSTRAK- Pengangkutan susu perah sapi dari Koperasi Peternak Sapi Bandung Utara (KPSBU) Lembang ke 15 tempat pelayanan koperasi susu sapi perah (TPK) saat ini kurang mempertimbangkan jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh pada saat harus kembali lagi ke tempat olahan susu perah sapi tersebut. Sehingga waktu pengangkutan susu perah sapi dapat melebihi waktu yang tersedia atau keterlambatan datangnya susu perah sapi ke tempat olahan tersebut. Koperasi Peternak Sapi Bandung Utara (KPSBU) saat ini belum menetukan rute yang tetap sehingga pengangkutan susu perah sapi menjadi tidak teratur yang berdampak pada ketepatan waktu. Penelitian ini akan berkontribusi untuk memecahkan masalah rute penjemputan susu sapi perah agar diperoleh jarak terendek yaitu rute penjemputan dan menentukan jumlah kendaraan yang akan digunakan dalam proses penjemputan susu sapi perah dan untuk menentukan biaya transportasi minimum. Masalah ini termasuk dalam Capacitated vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) dan Biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK), pendekatan pemecahan masalah dengan menggunakan metode Clark and Wright Saving Heuristic. Dapat diketahui 3 rute dari hasil jarak dan waktu tempuh untuk proses penjemputan susu sapi perah menggunakan Truk Mitsubishi Colt Diesel 120 PS tangki dengan jarak 186,2 km dan waktu tempuh 370,2 menit dan biaya transportasi Rp.1.806.715,-/kendaraan/hari. Hasil yang di peroleh dari metode Capacitated vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) dan Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK) didapatkan hasil jarak tempuh dan biaya distribusi penjemputan pertama pada truk adalah 87,1 km dengan biaya distribusi Rp. 764.329,- , lalu truk kedua 83,2 km dengan biaya Rp. 739.077,-, lalu truk yang ketiga 15,9 km dengan biaya 303.309,-. Kata Kunci : Transportasi, Pendistribusian Capacitated vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) dengan pendekatan Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK). ABSTRACT- Transport of dairy cow milk from the North Bandung Cattle Breeders Cooperative (KPSBU) Lembang to the 15 dairy cow cooperative cooperative services (TPK) is currently not considering the distance and travel time when having to go back to where the dairy milk is processed. So that the time to transport cow's milk can exceed the time available or the delay in the arrival of cow's milk to the processed place. The North Bandung Cattle Breeders Cooperative (KPSBU) has not yet determined a fixed route so that the transportation of dairy cow milk becomes irregular which has an impact on timeliness. This study will contribute to solving the problem of milk cow pickup routes in order to obtain the shortest distance, namely the pickup route and determine the number of vehicles to be used in the milk cow pickup process and to determine the minimum transportation costs.This problem is included in the Capacitated vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) and vehicle operating costs (BOK), a problem solving approach using the Clark and Wright Saving Heuristic method. It can be seen 3 routes from the distance and travel time for the milk cow milk pickup process using the Mitsubishi Colt Diesel Truck 120 PS tank with a distance of 186.2 km and travel time 370.2 minutes and transportation costs Rp.1,806,715, - / vehicle / day. The results obtained from the Capacitated vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) and Vehicle Operating Cost (BOK) methods obtained the distance and the cost of the first pickup on the truck was 87.1 km with a distribution cost of Rp. 764,329, - then the second truck 83.2 km at a cost of Rp. 739,077, - then the third truck is 15.9 km at a cost of 303,309.
