ABSTRACT Ganang Dwi Cahyono, PLANNING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE COMPONENTS MACHINE VEHICLES A MIXER TO MAINTAIN SMOOTH TRANSPORTATION LOGISTICS WITH THE APPROACH AGE REPLACEMENT DOES IN PT SEMPALAN TEKNOLOGI NASIONAL A means of transportation the more used, of the needs depends on means of transportation that used. Treatment in car engine/a means of transportation is very important done to maintain the stability of on a vehicle. Machine damaged vehicles will disrupt sudden of/productivity that has been set. It was needed in order to cope with the planning machine maintenance vehicles on a regular schedule (preventive maintenance), to reduce the cost of car engine failure to a sudden maintenance if car engine was damaged suddenly because of a lack of maintenance, so after mechanical performance/productivity have decreased. PT Sempalan Teknologi Nasional is a company that runs in the construction. During PT Sempalan Teknologi Nasional that maintenance truck is corrective maintenance , the component will be replaced if damaged benar-benar tough. The ban, the oil, and on a clutch on is the most frequently damaged that can cause loss of a. The method used to determine age replacement does component of the time performed, the oil, and components on clutch before damage occurs .Based on the calculation on obtained the components of the, oil and canvass clutch before damage occurs .Based on the calculation on the prevention component obtained the ban by km 17000 costing approximately rp 161,96 / km, to the prevention component 11500 by km oil costing approximately rp 11,007 / km, and for the prevention. And prevention components to canvass clutch in kilometers 15500 at a cost of as much as rp 43,097 / km .
