Abstract

ABSTRAK Pusat perdagangan dan jasa yang mempengaruhi perkembangan Salah satu dari pusat perbelanjaan yang ada dipusat kota Bekasi adalah Pasar Baru Jatiasih yang merupakan tempat penjualan barang dikota Bekasi. Dengan direvitaslisasinya Pasar Baru Jati asih dengan desain baru yang dari sekarang sehingga dapat menarik banyak pembeli untuk datang namun hal tersebut akan menimbulkan tarikan dan bangkitan lalu-lintas pada jalan – jalan sekitar Pasar Baru Jatiasih dan akan menambah volume lalu lintas. perlu dilakukan kajian analisis dampak lalu lintas (traffic impact analysis). Analisis dampak lalu lintas atau sering disebut Andalalin adalah suatu studi khusus yang menilai efek-efek yang ditimbulkan oleh lalu lintas yang dibangkitkan oleh suatu pengembangan kawasan terhadap jaringan transportasi di sekitarnya. Dengan begitu penelitian ini bertujuan Memprediksi tarikan dan bangkitan perjalanan yang terjadi akibat adanya revitalisasi Pasar Baru Jatiasih serta Mengukur kinerja lalu – lintas pada ruas jalan yang diperkirakan terpengaruh oleh adanya pusat kegiatan Pasar Baru Jatiasih sebelum dan setelah. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan mensurvei langsung terhadap volume lalu lintas selama 12 jam di hari kerja dan hari libur serta pergerakan keluar masuk kendaraan selama jam sibuk. Lalu menggunakan analisis MKJI untuk menentukan kinerja ruas jalan, dan Regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model persamaan yang tejadi adalah untuk kendaraan Y= 90,0268+ 0,00605X2 + 0,0106X3 berarti 177,248 kend/jam. dan untuk orang Y= 201,9325+ 0,00939 X2 + 0,02527 X3 berarti 358,3586 orang/jam. serta untuk kinerja ruas jalan 2020 masih dalam kategori B dan untuk selesainya pembangunan ditahun 2022 di kategori C dan 10 tahun kedepan sudah dalam kategori D. Traffic impact analysis or often called Andalalin is a special study that assesses the effects caused by traffic generated by an area development on the surrounding transportation network. Thus this study aims to predict the attraction and generation of trips that occur due to the revitalization of Pasar Baru Jatiasih and measure the performance of traffic on roads that are estimated to be affected by the existence of the Pasar Baru Jatiasih activity center before and after. The data collection technique is carried out by directly surveying the traffic volume for 12 hours on weekdays and holidays and the movement in and out of vehicles during peak hours. Then use Indonesian road capacity manual analysis to determine the performance of roads, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the equation model that happened was for the vehicle Y = 90.0268 + 0.00605X2 + 0.0106X3 means 177.248 vehicles / hour. and for people Y = 201.9325+ 0.00939 X2 + 0.02527 X3 means 358.3586 people / hour. and for the performance of the road section in 2020 it is still in category B and for the completion of construction in 2022 it is in category C and the next 10 years is already in category D.
