Abstract

ABSTRAK PERBANDINGAN BIAYA OPERASIONAL KENDARAAN DAN MENENTUKAN VENDOR ANGKUTAN BARANG PADA CV. ORIGINAL COLOUR BANDUNG Oleh: Muhammad Bisma Ayodia CV Original Colour adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tekstil. Dalam perusahaan ini dapat ditemukan sebuah kendala, yaitu proses pendistribusian yang hanya menggunakan satu unit sepeda motor. Hal ini menyebabkan diperlukannya pemilihan vendor moda angkutan barang. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan penilaian terhadap tingkat Biaya Operasional Kendaraan yang dikeluarkan dari moda angkutan barang dan juga untuk mengetahui vendor angkutan barang yang tepat bagi CV Original Colour dengan menggunakan metode biaya operasional kendaraan Fix Cost dan Fuzzy Anatyhical Hierarchy Process. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan rangking terhadap pengeluaran Biaya Operasional Kendaran dari terendah sampai tertinggi yang diberikan bobot yang nantinya digunakan sebagai penilaian terhadap vendor moda angkutan barang. Ditemukan kesimpulan bahwa nilai Biaya Operasional Kendaraan terendah dengan kondisi sewa diduduki oleh Mitsubishi T120ss dengan jumlah Rp 101.467.199. Nilai Biaya Operasional Kendaraan terendah dengan kondisi baru dan bekas diduduki oleh Suzuki Carry bekas dengan jumlah Rp 124.293.952. Vendor moda angkutan barang yang memiliki penilaian tertinggi yaitu Daihatsu Himax dengan kondisi baru dengan total bobot 0,109. ORIGINAL COLOUR BANDUNG By: Muhammad Bisma Ayodia CV Original Color is a company engaged in textiles. In this company, one problem can be found, namely the distribution process which only uses one motorbike. This causes the need for choosing a vendor for the mode of transportation of goods In this study, an assessment of the level of vehicle operating costs incurred from the mode of transportation of goods was carried out and also to determine the right freight forwarder for CV Original Color by using the Fixed Cost vehicle operating costs and the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The research was conducted by ranking the vehicle operating costs from the lowest to the highest which were given a weight which would later be used as an assessment of the vendor of the mode of transport of goods. It was found that the value of the lowest vehicle operating costs with rental conditions was occupied by Mitsubishi T120ss with the amount of Rp. 101,467,199. The lowest vehicle operating cost value with a new and used condition is occupied by a used Suzuki Carry with a total of IDR 124,293,952. The goods transportation mode vendor that has the highest rating is Daihatsu Himax with a new condition with a total weight of 0.109.
