Abstract

ABSTRAK Proyek pembangunan sejumlah infrastruktur saat ini sedang gencar dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah jalan tol. Jalan tol dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi industri perekonomian. CV. Duo – Duo Saudara (DDS) merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak sebagai general contractor and supplier yang menyediakan material konstruksi. CV. DDS sudah bekerja sama dengan PT. Nindya Karya sebagai supplier material pembangunan jalan tol selama dua tahun. Nilai kontrak yang ditandatangani pada tahun 2020 adalah Rp. 11.700.000.000 atau 75.000 ton/tahun. Perhitungan yang digunakan CV. DDS sebagai dasar perhitungan kontrak tersebut adalah Rp. 600/km-ton. Dengan sistem tarif sekarang yang digunakan, tidak diketahui apakah tarif tersebut sudah memberi keuntungan yang optimal kepada perusahaan atau belum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi tarif pengiriman barang eksisting menggunakan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tarif Rp. 600/km-ton sudah optimal karena memberikan keuntungan kepada perusahaan sebesar 87% atau Rp5.446.477.000/ tahun. Jika perusahaan ingin menurunkan tarif pengiriman ke tarif yang paling rendah, perusahaan bisa menetapkan tarif di sekitar Rp385/ton-km sampai dengan Rp417/ton-km, dengan margin keuntungan 10%-15%. One of them is the toll road. Toll roads are needed to improve the efficiency of the economy's industry. CV. Duo – Duo Saudara (DDS) is a business entity that operates as a general contractor and supplier that provides construction materials. CV. DDS has cooperated with PT. Nindya Karya as a supplier of toll road construction materials for two years. The contract value signed in 2020 is Rp. 11,700,000,000 or 75,000 tons/year. Calculations used CV. DDS as the basis for calculating the contract is Rp. 600/km-ton. With the current tariff system in use, it is not known whether the tariff has provided optimal benefits to the company or not. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the existing rates using Vehicle Operational Costs (VOC). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the tariff of Rp. 600/km-ton is optimal because it gives the company a profit of 87% or Rp. 5,446,477,000/year. If the company wants to reduce the delivery rate to the lowest tariff, the company can set a tariff of around Rp. 385/ton-km to Rp. 417/ton-km, with a profit margin of 10%-15%.
