Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian dalam perancangan sistem informasi jasa penyewaan forklift pada usaha CV Bayu Eka Manunggal yang berlokasi di jalan segara makmur nomor 49 kelurahan marunda kecamatan cilincing kota Jakarta Utara. Usaha CV Bayu Eka Manunggal memiliki aktivitas bisnis yang bergerak di bidang penyewaan unit forklift. Forklift merupakan unit yang digunakan sebagai material handling untuk mengangkut muatan yang memiliki kapasitas dengan volume yang berat, sehingga pangsa pasar yang menjadi target pelanggan CV Bayu Eka Manunggal adalah gudang. Pada CV Bayu Eka Manunggal timbul keadaan yang tidak sesuai dibagian pencatatan kwitansi dengan buku kas. Fenomena kerusakan kwitansi seperti kwitansi hilang, rusak bahkan luntur pun pernah terjadi mengingat kwitansi merupakan bukti pembayaran yang akan di input atau dimasukan kedalam pencatatan buku kas perusahaan. Hal tersebut membuat jumlah pemasukan tidak sesuai dengan pencatatan, karena kerusakan pada kwitansi membuat terjadinya kesalahan baik dalam penafsiran maupun pendataan pemasukan. Oleh sebab itu CV. Bayu Eka Manunggal perlu adanya pembaharuan peralihan sistem pencatatan yang semula semua pencatatan masih menggunakan sistem manual saat ini harus beralih menggunakan sistem aplikasi berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, visual studio code, XAMPP, PHP, MySQL, Google Chrome. Hasil perancangan sistem aplikasi berbasis web di uji coba melalui 3 tahap yaitu Unit Testing, Integration Testing, dan Acception Testing, untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi terdapat error dan memvalidasi data agar sesuai. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan kuesioner dengan melibatkan beberapa responden yang berpengaruh pada bagian pencacatan pemasukan dan keuangan seperti pemilik, manajer, dan admin. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan uji beta aplikasi untuk melakukan uji kelayakan dari sistem aplikasi yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti. Dari hasil uji tersebut sehingga menghasilkan hasil penghitungan sebesar 80% responden menyatakan layak pakai. Hasil penghitungan sebesar 93% responden menyatakan aplikasi ini mudah dipelajari dan digunakan. Hasil penghitungan sebesar 87% responden menyatakan aplikasi ini mempermudah pegawai dalam melakukan proses penyewaan. Melalui hasil presentase uji beta tersebut maka rancangan sistem aplikasi berbasis web lebih membantu serta efektif dan efisien dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan aplikasi dengan melakukan seluruh kegiatan pencatatan keuangan dilakukan secara manual. Dari hasil uji tersebut maka diharapkan CV Bayu Eka Manunggal melakukan pengembangan sistem secara bersekala serta dapan dilakukan pembaharuan sistem untuk meningkatkan performa aplikasi yang mengikuti perkembangan. Forklift is a unit used as material handling to transport cargo that has a capacity with heavy volume, so that the market share targeted by CV Bayu Eka Manunggal customers is a warehouse. On the CV Bayu Eka Manunggal arises circumstances that are not in accordance with the recording of receipts with cash books. The phenomenon of receipt damage such as receipts lost, damaged and even faded has occurred ininag receipts are proof of payment that will be inputted or entered into the recording of the company's cash book. This makes the amount of income not in accordance with the record, because damage to receipts makes errors in both interpretation and income collection. That's why cv. Bayu Eka Manunggal needs to update the switching of the recording system that initially all recordings still use the current manual system must switch using a web-based application system. The methods used in this study are using codeigniter framework, visual studio code, XAMPP, PHP, MySQL, Google Chrome. The results of designing a web-based application system are tested through 3 stages, namely Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Acception Testing, to find out if the application has errors and validate the data to fit. The results of the study that used questionnaires involving several respondents who had an effect on the income and financial mutilation section such as owners, managers, and admins. In this study, researchers conducted an application beta test to conduct a feasibility test of the application system that had been designed by the researcher. From the results of the test so as to produce the results of the calculation of 80% of respondents declared fit for use. The results of the calculation of 93% of respondents stated this application is easy to learn and use.
