Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada proses pemilihan mitra supplier sayur & buah, perusahaan biasanya akan membuka sistem tender secara Nasional/Publik dengan menyertakan beberapa kriteria yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan untuk memilih supplier adalah kriteria harga dan kualitas. Namun sebagian besar proses penyaringan dari beberapa calon supplier hanya menggunakan kriteria Harga, dimana supplier dengan harga penawaran terendah yang akan dipilih. Sementara jika mengacu pada pendapat beberapa pakar mengenai kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier disitu terdapat banyak sekali jenis kriteria yang dapat digunakan. Selaini itu juga dalam proses bisnisnya di perusahaan banyak terjadi permasalahan seperti kekurangan barang kiriman dan kualitas barang yang dikirim kurang baik. Sehingga pada penelitian kali ini penulis ingin mengusulkan 3 kriteria yaitu harga, kualitas dan kinerja pengiriman. Penelitian ini tujuannya untuk mengetahui nilai atau skor dari 3 supplier yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan berdasarkan 3 kriteria yang akan di nilai dengan menggunakan metode factor ratting (Pemeringkatan Faktor), yang akan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam pemilihan supplier utamanya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode tersebut diperoleh hasil supplier utama dengan nilai skor yaitu UD. Jaya Abadi (0.238), UD. Rizky Lestari (0.296) dan Hanna Supplier (0.899). The criteria used to choose a supplier are price and quality criteria. But most of the screening process of some prospective suppliers only uses the Price criteria, where the supplier with the lowest bid price will be selected. Meanwhile, if referring to the opinions of some experts about the criteria in the selection of suppliers there are many types of criteria that can be used. In addition, in the business process in the company there are many problems such as lack of shipments and the quality of goods sent is not good. So in this study the author wants to propose 3 criteria, namely price, quality and delivery performance. This research aims to find out the value or score of 3 suppliers owned by the company based on 3 criteria that will be valued using the factor ratting method, which will be used as an evaluation material in the selection of its main supplier. Based on the results of calculations using the method obtained the results of the main supplier with a score value that is UD. Jaya Abadi (0.238), UD.
