Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu analisis yang dilakukan dalam penyusunan dokumen hasil analisis dampak lalu lintas adalah analisis bangkitan/tarikan lalu lintas akibat pembangunan berdasarkan kaidah teknis transportasi dengan menggunakan faktor trip rate yang ditetapkan secara nasional. Dan saat ini belum ada faktor trip rate yang ditetapkan secara nasional, maka dilakukan perhitungan trip rate pusat infrastruktur di tiga provinsi di Indonesia yaitu Lampung, Jawa Tengah, dan Kalimantan Timur. Besaran trip rate didapatkan dari nilai tertinggi bangkitan/tarikan perjalanan yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan karakteristik masing-masing pusat infrastruktur, dan untuk mendapatkan model matematis dilakukan analisis regresi. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan perbedaan besaran trip-rate untuk masing-masing lokasi pusat infrastruktur, walaupun besaran kelas dan karakteristiknya hampir sama. Sehingga penetapan faktor trip rate pusat infrastruktur secara nasional tidak bisa menggunakan satu angka, namun berupa range angka atau dengan model matematis. Dari hasil analisis regresi trip rate dan karakteristik pusat infrastruktur didapatkan hubungan keterikatan yang ditunjukkan dalam nilai (R2) di bawah 0,7. Faktor trip rate tidak dapat ditetapkan secara nasional karena karakteristik/konsep pengembangan pusat infrastruktur, guna lahan, transportasi wilayah, dan karakteristik pelaku perjalanan yang berbeda. ABSTRACT One of the analyses performed in one configuration of the Traffic Impact Analysis is the analysis of traffic generation/attraction due to development based on the technical rules of transportation using a trip rate cause that is nationally determined. and now there are no trip rate factors that nationally determined. so, there are three provinces in Indonesia which are the objects of national trip rate calculation, which are Lampung, Central Java, and East Kalimantan. the highest value of the trip generation/attraction is then compared with the characteristic values of each infrastructure center, and mathematical models obtained from the results of regression analysis. From the results of the analysis obtained differences in the size of the trip-rate for each place of the infrastructure center, although the class size and characteristics are almost the same. So that figure the national infrastructure center trip rate cannot use a single number, but in the form of a number range or with a mathematical model. From the results of the trip rate regression analysis and the characteristics of the infrastructure center, it is found that the value (R2) below 0.7 which means the relationship is not good. The trip rate cause cannot be determined nationally because of the different characteristics/concepts of developing infrastructure centers, land use, regional transportation, and characteristics of the traveler.
