Abstract

ABSTRAK Perencanaan finansial yang baik memungkinkan tingkat kerugian menjadi lebih kecil dan besaran keuntungan serta pengembalian modal dapat diperkirakan.PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Ciater Subang adalah sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi teh hitam ortodhok, Investasi yang baik harus melalui analisis keputusan untuk mengetahui usaha yang dilakukan akan mendapatkan keuntungan atau tidak. Untuk menghindari kerugian yang diterima oleh PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Ciater Subang. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapakan analisis capital budgeting dalam rencana investasi pengadaan sewa moda truk, dari penelitian tersebut dapat diketahui apakah pengadaan sewa moda truk tersebut layak diterima atau tidak layak diterima. Dilihat dari data PT perkebunan Nusantara Ciater Subang data yang digunakan adalah data penjualan pada tahun 2020 data digunakan adalah data untuk menghitung peramalan untuk lima tahun yang akan datang, rencana produksi, laba dan arus kas tersebut. Metode capital budgeting atau penilaian kelayakan investasi sewa truk yang digunakan adalah Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Benefit Cost Rasio (BC). Hasil kelayakan investasi untuk sewa truk layak diterima menurut perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV) yaitu sebesar 1.165.571.235,64 atau NPV > 0, internal Rate of Return (IRR) 50,9218%,sedangkan Payback Period (PP) 1,15 atau 1 tahun 1 bulan 5 hari. Untuk perhitungan Inkremental biaya yaitu layak di diterima dengan hasil 1.063.171.421 dengan ratio 1,00. The purpose of this study is to apply capital budgeting analysis in the investment plan for the procurement of truck mode rental, from this research it can be seen whether the procurement of truck mode rental is acceptable or not. Judging from the data of PT Plantation Nusantara Ciater Subang, the data used is sales data in 2020, the data used is data to calculate forecasts for the next five years, production plans, profits and cash flows. The method of capital budgeting or assessing the feasibility of truck rental investments used is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BC). The results of the investment feasibility for truck rentals are acceptable according to the calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV) which is 1,165,571,235.64 or NPV > 0, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 50.9218%, while the Payback Period (PP) is 1.15 or 1 year 1 month 5 days. For the calculation of Incremental costs that is feasible to be accepted with the results of 1,063,171,421 with a ratio of 1.00.
