Abstract
ABSTRAK Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah atau UMKM merupakan penyumbang solusi terbesar untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran di Indonesia. Dimana setiap aktivitas UMKM ini tidak lepas dari kegiatan rantai pasok di dalamnya. Rantai pasok yang baik akan menentukan keberhasilan dari sebuah usaha, sehingga perlu diperhatikan kinerjanya. Namun UMKM pada umumnya jarang memperhatikan kinerja rantai pasoknya dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai supply chain. Masalah yang sama juga dihadapi oleh UMKM Kueku, dimana UMKM Kueku saat ini kurang memperhatikan kinerja rantai pasoknya, sehingga tidak efektifnya kinerja rantai pasok pada UMKM Kueku. Akibatnya UMKM Kueku menghadapi berbagai masalah seperti kurangnya perencanaan pada proses produksi sehingga produk yang dihasilkan berlebih, kemudian kurangnya penanganan pada proses pengiriman yang menyebabkan produk rusak ketika diterima oleh konsumen serta kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Kueku sehingga masih banyak yang belum mengenal UMKM Kueku. Oleh karena masalah diatas, maka dilakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang ada pada UMKM Kueku dengan menggunakan Framework Skeleton yang di integrasikan khusus untuk kasus pada UMKM dimana diharapkan dapat memperbaiki area kinerja rantai pasok yang masih kurang guna mencapai target dari UMKM. Dari hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan, 10 KPI yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada UMKM Kueku, di dapatkan 6 KPI atau indikator yang belum mencapai target. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok pada UMKM Kueku kedepannya. Adapun perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan adalah dengan memperbanyak channel promosi usaha, kemudian memperbaiki forecast demand pada proses produksi serta mengganti packaging pada saat proses pengiriman sehingga produk yang dikirim tidak rusak. Perbaikan tersebut bertujuan untuk memperbaiki performa rantai pasok UMKM Kueku dengan memperhatikan aspek kinerja usahanya juga kedepannya. Micro small and medium enterprises take an inseparable mechanism on the supply chain in order to execute the activities. A good supply chain will determine the success of a business, thus it is crucial to be taken its performance at the first gate of the business. However, micro small and medium enterprises in general rarely pay attention to supply chain performance due to lack of knowledge about supply chain. The same problem is faced by Kueku enterprise, where it currently pays less attention to the performance of their supply chains, therefore the supply chain performance is not effective at this enterprise. As a result, Kueku enterprise faces various of obstacles such as lack of planning in the production process that leads to excessive production of the products. Lack of maintaining the shipping process which causes damage for the product which leads to dissatisfaction for the consumers and lack of promoting of Kueku enterprise’s products still a minor thing for the business to do that leads to unfamiliar presentation to the market business. Due to numbers of obstacles mentioned above, the supply chain performance measurement on Kueku enterprise has been conducted by using the Skeleton Framework that is integrated specifically for cases on micro small and medium enterprises which are expected to improve the supply chain performance areas in order to achieve the targets of micro small and medium enterprises. From the results of measurements carried out, 10 KPIs used to measure supply chain performance at Kueku enterprise, were obtained 6 KPIs or indicators that had not yet reached the target. Therefore, it is important to take several actions of evaluation and execution to improve supply chain performance in Kueku enterprise in the progress for better to the future. In order to improve this enterprise’s business, Kueku needs to perform proper actions namely; increasing the number of business promotion channels, improving the ability of forecasting demand in the production process and creating a better material for products packaging during the shipping process so that the products being sent are in well condition. The aim of this study is to assist KueKu enterprise in a reference accordingly to improve the performance of its business supply chain by maintaining business performance progress towards many great business possibilities in the future for this enterprise.
