Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak hanya diukur dari perencanaan produksi yang tepat, efisien, dan kualitas mutu produk yang sesuai standar, namun juga diukur oleh manajemen logistik yang baik untuk dapat meminimalisisr biaya transportasi. Perhitungan biaya pengiriman logistik perlu diperhatikan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan nilai yang kompetitif ditengah persaingan industri pengiriman logistik yang ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan keputusan penggunaan armada sendiri atau sewa, menentukan alokasi dana CV Jaya Setiawan, menentukan tarif ke pelanggan, dan pay back periode. Logistik merupakan bagian dalam supply chain yang berfungsi untuk merancang, menjalankan, serta, pelayanan dan informasi dari titik awal ke titik akhir untuk mencukupi kebutuhan konsumen, untuk itu diperlukan manajemen logistik yang baik. Manajemen logistik tidak terlepas dari analisis biaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalisir setiap pengeluaran yang ada dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini didasari oleh beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, salah satunya yaitu “Analisis Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK) Angkutan Umum Antar Kota Dalam Propinsi Rute Palu – Poso” yang dilakukan oleh Rahmatang Rahman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder menggunakan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, arsip, majalah, jurnal artikel, dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya yang relevan dengan penelitian serta studi lapangan seperti observasi dan wawancara dengan meliputi kegiatan aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari CV Jaya Setiawan untuk mendukung perhitungan biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK), tarif ideal, dan pay back periode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan armada sewa akan mengeluarkan biaya yang jauh lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan penggunaan armada milik sendiri. Namun jika dilihat dari faktor kenyamanan dan kepercayaan, penggunaan armada milik sendiri dinilai lebih unggul dibandingkan penggunaan armada sewa. Hasil alokasi dana berdasarkan biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) mempunyai total akhir yaitu, armada sendiri sebesar Rp 603,531,518.2/truk-tahun dan armada sewa sebesar Rp 343,800,000/truk-tahun. The calculation of logistics shipping costs needs to be considered in order to maintain and increase competitive value in the midst of tight logistics shipping industry competition. This study aims to determine the decision to use their own or leased fleet, determine the allocation of funds for CV Jaya Setiawan, determine tariffs to customers, and pay back period. Logistics is part of the supply chain that functions to design, run, and provide services and information from the starting point to the end point to meet consumer needs, for that good logistics management is needed. Logistics management can not be separated from the cost analysis that needs to be done to minimize every expense in the company. This research is based on several previous studies, one of which is "Analysis of Vehicle Operation Costs (BOK) of Inter-City Public Transport Within the Province of Palu - Poso Route" conducted by Rahmatang Rahman. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection using literature studies from various sources such as books, archives, magazines, journal articles, and other documents relevant to the research as well as field studies such as observations and interviews covering activities activities carried out in the daily operational activities of CV Jaya Setiawan to support the calculation of vehicle operating costs (BOK), ideal rates, and pay back periods. The results show that choosing a rental fleet will cost you much less than using your own fleet. However, when viewed from the convenience and trust factor, the use of own fleets is considered superior to the use of rental fleets. The results of the allocation of funds based on vehicle operating costs (BOK) have a final total, namely, the own fleet of Rp. 603,531,518.2/truck-year and the rental fleet of Rp. 343,800,000/truck-year.
