Abstract

v STIMLOG Indonesia ABSTRAK Distribusi merupakan kegiatan yang harus dilakukan perusahaan secara terukur dan akurat untuk mendapatkan biaya yang optimal. Kinerja produksi pabrik bergantung pada permintaan barang oleh konsumen dan pendistribusian barang yang mempengaruhi biaya simpan dan biaya distribusi yang dikeluarkan perusahaan terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penjadwalan distribusi dalam upaya menurunkan biaya simpan dan juga biaya distribusi pada periode mendatang yaitu tahun 2020-2024 pada perusahaan PT. Bona Mesty Gemilang . Akar permasalahan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kurang tepatnya memprediksi permintaan atau penjualan, sehinga didapatkan kenaikan stok akhir yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya simpan setiap periode. Biaya penyimpanan dan biaya distribusi akan berdampak pada biaya lainnya yang terkait dengan biaya pendistribusian barang. masalah tersebut memerlukan perencanaan penjadwalan pada bagian distribusi yang kemudian akan menurunkan biaya secara keseluruhan pada aktivtas distribusi. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk peramalan kebutuhan distribusi barang adalah metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP). Metode ini digunakan untuk peramalan distribusi pada PT. Bona Mesty Gemilang. Untuk mendapatkan nilai peramalan yang akurat, maka diperlukan nilai kesalahan paling kecil untuk pengolahan data yang lebih akurat. Nilai kesalahan peramalan ini dihitung dengan metode Moving Averages (MA), Weight Moving Averages (WMA), Naïve Method, Exponential Smoothing (ES), ES with Trend, Trend Analyst. Dari semua metode yang digunakan tersebut, dilakukan perbandingan hasil nilai peramalan, dan digunakan nilai kesalahan hasil peramalan paling kecil. Nilai kesalahan peramalan ini dicari menggunakan rumus MA, WMA, Naïve Method, ES, ES with Trend, Trend Analyst. Semakin kecil nilai kesalahan yang didapatkan, maka semakin besar peluang untuk mendapatkan perhitungan peramalan yang lebih akurat. Berdasarkan perhitungan pengolahan data (Peramalan kebutuhan menggunakan MA, WMA, Naïve Method, ES, ES with Trend, Trend Analyst), Perhitungan kebutuhan distrbusi menggunakan Tabel DRP, maka didapatkan selisih biaya simpan sebesar Rp. 4.200.000, dan selisih biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 2,134,979. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa peramalan menggunakan tabel DRP berhasil mengurangi biaya simpan dan biaya distrbusi. Setelah itu dilakukan peramalan untuk penjadwalan distribusi periode ke 6 adalah 166.137, periode ke-7 sebesar 172.800, periode ke 8 sebesar 179.463, periode ke 9 sebesar 186.126, dan periode ke 10 sebesar 192.789 Kata Kunci: Sarung Tangan, Distribusi, Distribution Requirement Planning, Penurunan biaya siman dan biaya distribusi. vi STIMLOG Indonesia ABSTRACT Distribution is an activity that must be carried out by the company in a measured and accurate manner to obtain optimal costs. Factory production performance depends on the demand for goods by consumers and the distribution of goods which affects the cost of saving and distribution costs incurred by the company continues to increase. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of distribution scheduling in an effort to reduce storage costs and also distribution costs in the coming period 2020-2024 at PT. Bona Mesty Gemilang. The root of the problem obtained from this study is that it is not accurate to predict demand or sales, so that the increase in final stock is obtained which continues to increase from year to year and has an impact on increasing the cost of storing each period. Storage costs and distribution costs will have an impact on other costs associated with the cost of distributing goods. This problem requires scheduling planning in the distribution section which will then reduce the overall cost of distribution activities. In this research, the method used to forecast the distribution needs of goods is the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) method. This method requires the smallest error value for more accurate data processing. This forecast error value is calculated using the Moving Averages (MA) method, Weight Moving Averages (WMA), Naïve Method, Exponential Smoothing (ES), ES with Trend, Trend Analyst. Of all the methods used, the comparison of the results of the forecasting value is carried out, and the smallest error value of the forecasting result is used. The value of this forecast error is searched using the MA, WMA, Naïve Method, ES, ES with Trend, Trend Analyst formula. The smaller the error value obtained, the greater the chance to get a more accurate forecasting calculation. Based on the calculation of data processing (forecasting needs using MA, WMA, Naïve Method, ES, ES with Trend, Trend Analyst), the calculation of distribution needs using the DRP table, the difference in saving costs is Rp. 4,200,000, and the difference in distribution costs of Rp. 2,134,979. This shows that forecasting using the DRP table has succeeded in reducing the cost of saving and distribution costs. After that, the forecasting for distribution scheduling for the 6th period is 166,137, the 7th period is 172,800, the 8th period is 179,463, the 9th period is 186,126, and the 10th period is 192,789.
