Abstract

ABSTRAK Barang limbah adalah barang-barang yang tidak tercatat sebagai persediaan maupun aktiva perusahaan yang berasal dari suatu proses dan atau limbah produksi dan bongkaran komponen mesin, kereta, gerbong, bangunan, afkiran inventaris kantor yang tidak dapat digunakan lagi untuk kepentingan operasional perusahaan, baik yang bernilai ekonomis maupun yang tidak mempunyai nilai ekonomis. Selama ini, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung menghasilkan limbah namun tidak mampu mengolah barang limbah tersebut dikarenakan ketidaksediaan alat dan tempat pengolahan. Dalam melakukan pengolahan limbah, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung menggunakan jasa pihak ketiga yaitu vendor. Saat ini, pemilihan vendor belum menggunakan kriteria yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perancangan metode untuk pembobotan kriteria menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) agar mendapatkan kriteria yang menjadi priorias. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 4 kriteria utama pemilihan vendor yang dapat digunakan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, yaitu harga, legalitas perusahaan, pelayanan dan sarana. Berdasarkan hasil pembobotan didapat faktor kriteria yang menjadi prioritas dalam pemilihan vendor adalah harga dengan nilai bobot (0,533), legalitas perusahaan dengan nilai bobot (0,235), pelayanan dengan nilai bobot (0,131) dan sarana dengan nilai bobot (0,099). ABSTRACT Waste items are goods that are not recorded as inventories or assets of a company derived from a process and or waste of production and dismantling of machine components, trains, carriages, buildings, office inventory inventory that can no longer be used for the operational interests of the company, economical or non economic value. During this time, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung produces waste but is not able to process the waste goods due to the lack of tools and place of processing. In conducting waste treatment, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung uses the services of a third party vendor. Currently, vendor selection has not used the right criteria. Therefore, it is necessary to design a method for weighting criteria using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain criteria that become priorias. From the research results obtained 4 main criteria vendor selection that can be used PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, namely price, company legality, services and facilities. Based on the result of weighting, it is found that the criteria of priority in the selection of vendors are price with weight value (0,533), company legality with weight value (0,235), service with weight value (0,131) and facility with weight value (0,099).
