Abstract

ABSTRAK Nurul Ainun Faturahmi Sidik, Perencanaan Rute Dan Jadwal Distribusi Bahan Baku Untuk Outlet Martabak Legit Group Di Wilayah Bandung Raya, Bandung, Manajemen Transportasi Logistik, 2020. Martabak Legit Group merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner, memiliki 43 outlet tersebar di Bandung Raya. Agar produk sampai ke tangan pelangan Martabak Legit Group memilik saluran distribusi yaitu supplier mengirimkan komponen bahan baku ke gudang, kemudian di dikirimkan ke setiap outlet. Pada proses pengirimannya penentuan rute dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi pengemudi. Karena sifatnya hanya intuisi, maka setiap supir akan mempunyai keputusan yang berbeda dalam menentukan perjalanan sehingga dampak yang timbul dari keputusan yang diambil akan beragam. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji apakah sistem pengiriman yang diterapkan Martabak Legit Group sudah optimal dengan batasan kapasitas kendaraan dan waktu pelayanan outlet. Dari hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode K-means, Algoritma Shrink-wrap, dan nearest neighbor, didapatkan sistem usulan dapat menghemat biaya transportasi perharinya sebesar Rp. 63.443 atau sebesar 0,12% jarak tempuh dihemat perharinya sebesar 32,54 Km atau sebesar 0,31% juga waktu pelayanan dihemat perharinya sebesar 62,97 menit atau sebesar 0,23% serta tidak melewati batas waktu pelayanan outlet. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut terbukti bahwa sistem usulan lebih baik dari sistem yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan. Martabak Legit Group is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field, has 43 outlets spread across Bandung Raya. In order for the product to reach the customer, the Martabak Legit Group has a distribution channel, namely the supplier sends raw material components to the warehouse, then distributed to each outlet. In the distribution process, route determination is carried out based on the driver's intuition. Because it is only intuition, each driver will have a different decision in determining the trip so that the impact arising from the decisions taken will vary. Based on these problems, this study tries to examine whether the delivery system implemented by Martabak Legit Group is optimal with the limitations of vehicle capacity and outlet service time. From the results of this study using the K-means method, Shrink-wrap Algorithm, and nearest neighbor, the proposed system can save Rp. 63,443 or 0,12% of the mileage saved per day is 32.54 Km or 0,31% also the service time is saved per day by 62.97 minutes or 0,23% and does not exceed the outlet service time limit. From the results of these calculations it is evident that the proposed system is better than the system applied by the company.
