Abstract

PT. XYZ. Kata kunci: Metode FSN Analysis, Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), Algoritma CORELAP, Class Based Storage ABSTRACT PT. XYZ often experiences delays in put away activities in the finished goods warehouse. Cross movement activities, the existence of empty space and product placements that have not changed, have an impact on the process of finding goods in the order picking activity experiencing delays, so that the order picking process time does not match the time determined by the company. Researchers apply Class Based Storage storage policies assisted by several supporting methods, namely FSN Analysis to classify goods according to the movement of the goods themselves and the Activity Relationship Chart method used to describe the relationship between goods in a warehouse at a company and the CORELAP method to calculate the level of closeness between goods. Optimization of the layout of the storage of goods produces a total moment of movement of 47,904,1989 meters, where the results are much lower than the layout of the existing warehouse, which is 126,740,6775 meters. So, it was found that the proposed warehouse storage layout is more optimal than the existing warehouse layout at PT. XYZ.
