Abstract

ABSTRAK Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai pengoptimalan tata letak Gudang yang memiliki permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu, adanya back tracking, cros movement, penyusunan divisi tidak menurut derajat kedekatan dan efisiensi rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini memliki tujuan untuk merancang tata letak gudang dengan menggunakan metode CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Techniques) dan SLP (Systematic Layout Planning). Hasil rancangan tata letak gudang dengan menggunakan metode SLP menghasilkan bentuk aliran U dan CRAFT menghasilkan bentuk aliran zig-zag. Berdasarkan layout aktual total momen perpindahan sebesar 4.625.100 m/bulan , layout usulan menggunakan metode SLP memiliki nilai momen perpindahan 3.165.720 m/bulan Dan CRAFT memiliki total momen perpindahan 3.302.120 m/n. Didapatkan bahwa layout usualan terbaik adalah dengan menggunakan metode SLP Kata Kunci: Tata Letak Gudang, Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) dan Computerized Relative Allocation Of Facilities Techniques) CRAFT dan Momen Perpindahan viii ABSTACT This final project discusses the optimization of warehouse layout which has problems that occur, namely, the existence of back tracking, cros movement, the arrangement of divisions according to the degree of proximity and low efficiency. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a warehouse layout using the CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Techniques) and SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) methods. The result of warehouse layout design using SLP method produces a U-Shape and CRAFT produces a zigzag flow Shape. Based on the actual layout, the total displacement moment is 4,625,100, the proposed layout using the SLP method has a displacement moment value of 3,165,720 and CRAFT has a total displacement moment of 3,302,120. It is found that the best proposed layout is to use the SLP method.
