Abstract

ABSTRAK Bank Sampah merupakan salah satu tempat untuk mengurangi pembuangan sampah langsung menuju TPA, salah satu bank sampah, yaitu Bank Sampah Flora Jaya. Kegiatan bank sampah yaitu membeli sampah dari masyarakat kemudian diolah dan dijual kepada pengepul sehingga dapat membantu mengurangi dampak sampah yang dibuang langsung menuju TPA. Dalam pelaksanaannya Bank Sampah Flora Jaya mengalami permasalahan pada kegiatan pengolahannya, dimulai dari kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, berkurangnya jumlah sampah yang datang, serta berkurangnya wilayah pengambilan sampah dan minat masyarakat untuk menjual sampah mereka, hal ini menyebabkan Bank Sampah Flora Jaya mengalami penurunan kinerja sehingga diperlukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja bank sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode KPI Frazelle, AHP, SCOR dan DCOR serta melakukan perancangan strategi menggunakan SWOT. Terdapat 30 KPI yang terbagi dalam 2 (dua) metode yaitu SCOR dan DCOR. Untuk menghitung priotas dari kriteria yang sudah ditentukan dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pihak yang berhubungan dengan Bank Sampah Flora Jaya. Dari hasil perhitungan maka didapatkan terdapat 3 (tiga) kategori yaitu hijau, kuning, merah. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat Hasil warna hijau terdapat 16 KPI dapat dikategorikan bahwa kinerja dari nilai tersebut sudah bagus sehingga tidak ada peningkatan atau perbaikan. Hasil warna kuning terdapat 9 (sembilan) KPI dapat dikategorikan untuk dapat diperbaiki agar bisa meningkatkan kinerja. Hasil warna merah terdapat 5 (lima) KPI dapat dikategorikan sebagai nilai yang menjadi prioritas untuk diperbaiki secepatnya oleh pihak Bank Sampah Flora Jaya. In its implementation, the Flora Jaya Waste Bank experienced problems in its processing activities, starting from the lack of facilities and infrastructure, the reduced amount of waste that came, as well as the reduced waste collection area and public interest in selling their waste, this caused the Flora Jaya Waste Bank to experience a decline in performance so it was necessary improvements to improve the performance of the waste bank. T\his study uses the KPI Frazelle, AHP, SCOR and DCOR methods and designs strategies using SWOT. There are 30 KPIs divided into 2 (two) methods, namely SCOR and DCOR. To calculate the priority of the predetermined criteria, questionnaires were distributed to parties related to the Flora Jaya Waste Bank. From the calculation results, it is found that there are 3 (three) categories, namely green, yellow, red. In this study there are green results, there are 16 KPIs that can be categorized that the performance of these values is good so there is no increase or improvement. The yellow color results have 9 (nine) KPIs that can be categorized to be improved in order to improve performance. The red color results have 5 (five) KPIs that can be categorized as priority values to be corrected as soon as possible by the Flora Jaya Waste Bank.
