Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan transportasi terus meningkat dan berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan arus globalisasi sehingga berdampak luas terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. Transportasi tergolong dalam kegiatan pemindahan barang (muatan) dan penumpang dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Transportasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam memperlancar roda perekonomian, memperkukuh persatuan dan kesatuan serta mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan bangsa dan negara. Tahapan pengumpulan data adalah kegiatan dalam mengumpulkan bahan berbentuk data yang bersumber dari perusahaan untuk dijadikan proses pengolahan data pada penelitian. Pada penelitian ini terdapat data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berupa sumber data yang berasal dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi PT. GSL Indonesia. Data sekunder merupakan sumber data yang berasal dari data laporan administrasi PT. GSL Indonesia. Tahapan pengolahan data adalah proses pengolahan data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan data untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian. Pengolahan data dilakukan atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. GSL Indonesia adalah dalam menentukan vendor trucking pada perusahaan tersebut menggunakan Brainstorming, Simple Additive Weghting (SAW), dan Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis adalah pada pemilihan Kriteria untuk menentukan vendor trucking pada PT. GAC Indonesia menggunakan brainstorming untnk mendapatkan kriteria yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dalam menentukan vendor dengan kriteria yang sesuai dengan keperluan PT. GAC Samudera Logistik Indonesia vaitu Kinerja Masa Lalu. Kemudian, pada pemilihan vendar trucking pada PT, GAC Indonesia menggunakan SAW menghasilkan empat kriteria yang mermiliki bobot nilai tertinggi Layanan adalah peringkat pertama dengan tilai 0,42, Responsif sebagai peringkat ke dua denean nilai 03, Harga peringkat ke tiga dengan nilai bobot 0,26. dsn yang terakhir pada peringkat empat yaitu legalitas dengan nilai babot sebesar 0225. In this study there are primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of data sources derived from observations, interviews, and documentation of PT. Indonesian GSL. Secondary data is a data source that comes from the administrative report data of PT. Indonesian GSL. Stages of data processing is the process of processing data obtained from the results of data collection to meet research objectives. Data processing is carried out on the basis of problems that occur at PT. GSL Indonesia is in determining trucking vendors at the company using Brainstorming, Simple Additive Weghting (SAW), and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The conclusion of the research based on the results of data processing and analysis is the selection of criteria for determining trucking vendors at PT. GAC Indonesia uses brainstorming to obtain criteria that are in accordance with the company's needs in determining vendors with criteria that are in accordance with the needs of PT. Then, in the selection of trucking vendors at PT, GAC Indonesia using SAW resulted in four criteria that have the highest value for service, namely the first rank with a value of 0.42, Responsiveness as the second rank with a value of 03, Price in the third rank with a weight value of 0.26. and the last one is in fourth place, namely legality with a weighty value of 0225.
