Abstract

ABSTRAK Koperasi Peternak Sapi Bandung Utara (KPSBU) adalah koperasi susu primer tunggal di kecamatan Lembang, yang merupakan suatu wadah bagi para peternak sapi perah berdiri sejak tahun 1971. Kondisi mesin pada Koperasi Peternak Sapi Bandung Utara (KPSBU) rata-rata sudah memiliki umur pemakaian yang cukup lama sehingga kinerja mesin sudah mulai menurun. Dengan demikian diperlukan peningkatan kinerja mesin agar tetap optimal. Dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengolahan, perusahaan masih belum mengetahui nilai efektivitas guna mengevaluasi proses dan mesin. Pengukuran efgektivitas mesin tiap proses menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Selanjutnya mencari faktor kerugian dominan dengan Six Big Losses (enam besar kerugian). Kemudian menganalisis akar permasalahan dari faktor kerugian dominan dan mengusulkan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data nilai OEE proses Pateurisasi sebesar 73.21%, proses Cooling sebesar 71.24%, proses Inkubasi sebesar 82.30%, proses Penambahan Gula dan Perasa sebesar 92.77%, proses Filling sebesar 87.15%. menurut standar Japan Institut of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) untuk mesin yang dipakai pada mesin proses Pasteurisasi dan Cooling yaitu 60% ≤ OEE < 84% SEDANG tetap diperlukan adanya perbaikan pada sistem agar nilai OEE naik menjadi di atas 85%. Faktor kerugian dominan yang menyebabkan rendahnya nilai OEE adalah Reduced Speed Loss. Dalam meningkatkan nilai OEE, terdapat beberapa usulan yaitu melakukan pengecekan dan perawatan mesin secara berkala. Kemudian dilakukan juga penggantian part mesin yang sudah usang. Serta memberikan pelatihan terhadap pekerja atau operator agar memahami cara mengoperasikan mesin dengan baik dan benar. Thus the increase in engine performance increases so that it remains optimal. In increasing authorization, companies still do not see the strongest value that processes and machines. Measuring the machine effectiveness of each process using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. Next, look for the dominant loss factor with Six Big Losses (six major losses). Then analyze the root cause of the dominant loss and improvement factors. Based on the results of data processing, the OEE value of the Pateurisation process is 73.21%, the Cooling process is 71.24%, the Incubation process is 82.30%, the Sugar and Flavor Addition process is 92.77%, the Filling process is 87.15%. according to the standards of the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) for machines used in Pasteurization and Cooling process machines, namely 60% ≤ OEE <84% MEDIUM, there is still a need for improvements to the system so that the OEE value rises to above 85%. The dominant loss factor that causes the lowest value of OEE is a decrease in loss speed. In increasing the OEE value, there are several instructions that carry out periodic machine checks and maintenance. Then do the replacement of engine parts that are worn. As well as providing training for workers or operators in order to understand how to operate the machine properly and correctly.
